Our hourly virtual support is $75 per hour. With this package we use software tools to access your computer anywhere in Chicago, Chicago’s suburbs,  Illinois or the world.

By using virtual tools we are able to login into your systems after hours, set scripts for back ups,  install updates and  patches as well as let you know about the general health of your organizations computers.

We work with engineers in Australia to provide support if a crisis occurs in the middle of the night.

This package covers 1-10 computers.
